Holiday Inn Express & Suites Florence I-95 & I-20 Civic Ctr by IHG

Location, atmosphere and rooms were exceptional. We took a trip to Florida and stayed at Holiday Inns in Rocky Mount, Charleston and Savannah. Florence was by far the nicest.

Friendly, helpful Staff! Easy access. Coffee stand great idea! All around pleasant.

The staff was amazing! Each team member was friendly and helpful. The staff checked on my experience multiple times throughout my three day stay. There was a staff member available at the front desk at all times. The property was in a good location, extremely clean, and comfortable. The breakfast offered a large variety of options and was the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! It was nice also to have fresh ground coffee available 24/7! Overall my experience was 10/10! Highly recommend!

Modern, clean, all the amenities one could need. Quiet, no pets. Outstanding breakfast options. Close to I95 but no traffic noise. All necessary stores and restaurants in close proximity. Courteous staff. Nothing negative to report. Reco without hesitation.
