"I didn’t stay because of the elevator issue, and was denied a refund"

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. The elevator is broken. I have a disability and was not able to stay on the 3rd floor. I was not refunded my stay. However it was not my fault the elevator is broken and I can’t go up that many steps. I should have been issued a refund as I didn’t / couldn’t stay there. But was denied.

Hot Tub / Spa at pool not working... one of reasons I selected the hotel. Guest laundry dryer not functioning.
