The facilities of the room was too old for example a chair of the room was scratch and damaged plus the ceiling of the room and hallway was really very low.

Convenience and location

The maid who came to clean was rather rude and on the morning of the check-out which was 12pm she came around 11 and opened to room and was surprised to see the guest still in and rudely asked ‘what are you doing in the room’. ‘Give me your key card’. ‘You shouldn’t be here’. We complained to reception and all they said was sorry

Great location, clean room. Nice to have a bar/restaurant on site.

Disappointed that we had to pay extra for a buffet breakfast when booking had stated breakfast included.

I've stayed here on multiple occasions. It's a good hotel but on this occasion the noise from the adjacent room was horrendous. I stayed in room 605 on this visit. Very comfortable and clean as usual, but could literally hear every conversation in the room next door at 2am. Very disturbed sleep on every night. I'd recommend staying here again - just avoid this room!

Hotel was quiet with the exception of the repaving of the parking lot. Rooms were clean and price was reasonable. We stayed here because they have free onsite parking and it was close to the falls and the WEGO bus if you're sight seeing. I would recommend that you add the breakfast to your bill because to do it a la carte will be more expensive. Breakfast was a typical buffet with eggs, meats, toast, yogurt, fruit,etc. Coffee and juice are included. I am glad we did because there was no place close to go to. Front desk was always helpful with information on tours. It's close to other restaurants for dinners.
