We had to go down and ask for a new bed cover as ours was really dirty. Looked like the cover hasn’t been change for months . I was really disappointed.

We have been visiting friends there for past 8 years. Saturday we attended one of those friends memorial service. As always the staff made us feel like home! During such a sad time after 12 hours of driving with aching hearts. We appreciate being greeted with open arms and kind customer service. Thank you so much Room 218

"Stay was fine, nothing great. Because of bathroom, don’t think I would stay here again."

Location

Toilets do not have lids, top of toilet bowl wasn’t cleaned and had mold, had hair in shower, a/c would make a funny nice every so often that would wake me.
