Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bethlehem by IHG

Just stayed here while visiting relatives in Bethlehem. Overall this was a good hotel and will stay here again. Located within walking distance to a restaurant . We got an accessible room which we didn’t ask for. The bathroom was like an ice box ( no heat in there ) and the shower pressure wasn’t great. Breakfast was above average. Very clean eating area and nice workers.

Staff was kind. Good breakfast except eggs were cold.

Our room had pee in the toilet Whoever cleaned it last didn't flush it.messed up our room Asked for room on quiet side far away from the elevator We got room highway side very noisy couldn't sleep and 2 doors from elevator .Booking really messed it up so wasn't happy but the lady at the desk was just trying to comfort us as it wasn't her fault. But we did check to make sure our reservation was right but when we got there it was terrible and such a mixup.

The breakfast was ok, and the room was clean, but you can tell the bed frames are really old. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but close to the mall and other amenities.

the bathroom tub could have been cleaner. the bed frames need to be updated. I would get a better front desk person the lady there did not seem like she liked her job.
