"Super comfortable beds!"

We had a Wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn Express. It was clean & well maintained! The beds were super comfortable & each queen bed had 4 pillows!! Breakfast was awesome! Staff was super courteous & quick! We will definitely be staying here again.

"Vernon trip for funeral "

Came for a funeral. Hotel was great, as usual. Friendly, helpful an professional staff. Room clean, bed nice and comfy. Pleasant experience, notwithstanding the reason for the trip.

We heard doors slamming from the time we checked in till about 10:15 PM then they started up again around 5:30 in the morning all the way till we check out at 8 o’clock a.m. waiting for a refund.

"Giant cockroach"

4.0

There was a giant cockroach in our room. We noticed it as we were packing to leave. I showed the picture to the manager and all he said “looks like a water bug.” I normally wouldn’t complain because I understand bugs are everywhere but we had our 4 month old grand daughter with us this stay.
