Lovely clean room, breakfast was lovely to thanks

Very comfortable bed with a room near the lift. Warm but easily adjustable thermostat to cool the room down.

Very friendly receptionist.

the hotel is clean and beautiful I forgot to include breakfast and wanted to add it after I paid for the accommodation The receptionist was very nice, however at breakfast she wanted our 16-year-old daughter to considered as an adult and to pay in full. The heat was not working in one room, but a radiator was immediately brought to us and it was fine , a very nice staff . The hotels.com company through which I made the accommodation was disappointing I called them to pay for breakfast, being a family with 4 children, the oldest 16 and the youngest 2, and he asked me to pay over £80. Of course I refused.

Good location close to A90 giving good access to North and South and Aberdeen Airport

Breakfast was a disgrace should not have paid extra, cold food no cutlery no glasses complained directly to the hotel who could not refund breakfast as was paid direct to hotels.com

Excellent service overall, especially, the staff are friendly only breakfast let's it down as too busy breakfast room and short of staff, badly organised and some fruit got mold, lack of attention in details.

This is my go-to hotel in westhill. Clean and friendly. Front desk has been willing to go above and beyond if I forget something. Laundry turned around in a day. All around good hotel for a local business trip.
