There was no reservation When we got to the hotel. We tried to call Expedia and couldn't through. We ended up booking a hotel room in addition to the Expedia one because we wanted to get to our to sleep. It took 15-20 minutes to check-in because Expedia messed up the reservation.

Breakfast was a bit late but sweet rolls, bagels etc. were set out. Nice choice!

TV in room wasn’t working but we were immediately moved to different room.

Check in was easy and super friendly. Some of the outlets in the nightstand table did but work or sunk in when we plugged things in. Husband did not like the high/tall beds as it was difficult for him to sit on and watch tv. Breakfast was ok but not over the top great.

"Roaches, AGGRESSIVE STAFF."

The staff became VERY AGGRESSIVE with me after I found a roach this morning. I took videos of it moving, when I killed it and even left in on the sink for them to know. I went to the front desk and made them aware. The staff member started screaming at me and telling me that I brought the roach with me, he also kept on telling me that I wanted to get a free room (I had already payed for my room and NEVER asked for a free stay). I had to start recording because I feared he was going to punch me and guests started coming out of their rooms. That’s how bad it got. He also mentioned my room was messy (WE STAYED OVER NIGHT, of course bed was not gonna be made, and I had already checked out????)

Been here a few times and have loved it every time. I will always keep coming back!

Nothing at all! Except for one little thing: wouldn’t it be great if we had a floor cover on the doors? It would really add a nice touch and help keep things private.
