Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Eau Claire North by IHG

It was nice. Handle inside had something wrong with it and it didn’t want to open. Told the person at the desk as it was a safety hazard and he said thank you for letting them know.

People and staff friendly. Was quiet and peaceful during the night. I would stay again.

Check in was great, room was comfortable.

Staff was good Air conditioning did not work

whhen we told them about problems with the room they fixed them immediately.

Great hotel on Eau Claire’s north side. Modern, clean interior as expected from a Holiday Inn Express. Quiet, tucked-away location and just 2–3 minutes from Kwik Trip, Walmart, and restaurants.

The check in was fine and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t care for needing to use my card to get out of the room, especially since it seemed to stick sometimes and I had to try it several times just to get out of the room.

I liked that this location was very clean and well taken care of. I didnt like that the room had a bit of an echo and space heater/ac in the room was a little loud but i made due i would stay again. Also the key cards need an update there were a few times i thought i wasnt getting back into the room or the back entrances of the building because of the sensors
