Staff was friendly

Needs major renovations and a deep clean. Tile and grout in room and bathroom was broken and needed replacing. Stool and couch in the room was stained, carpet in room was stained. Ice machines were broken.

Some of the employers didn't no how to work the computer on the check in and out cause they were double charging customers .Dont no if they were having trouble with the system or they might need a little more training but other than that it was a nice stay

Told me bcz i book Expedia I wouldn't be getting any points. I didn't ask! Pancake machine was broken with no out of order sign. Booked 3 rooms bcz of children, rooms were on different floors. No cinnamon rolls

The location was perfect for us because it is located near the university. The facility was very clean and the staff was very professional and welcoming.
