Was a wet spot on the carpet in our rooms. Bathroom needs refresh… dirty grout, rusted door hardware, trim separating from walls etc.

We had a 3 pm check in time, rooms were not ready, told we would receive a call when rooms ready, no call ever came, had to call 3 hrs later to check and then informed room ready Went o shower- NO soap in provided containers, room for 3 people with 2 towels
