Very comfortable and clean room, great service and wonderful breakfasts (very delicious and diverse)

Little difficulties with communicating in English. Wifi speed is average

部份房型新裝修仍有甲酫味道, 建議再強化通風去除味道

the manager gave us free breakfast as a gift for four people and the breakfast was very nice. some european elements and asian elements. additionally, free water was available and the stuff was very helpful. furthermore, the hotel has an own coffee station were you could order for free any coffee that you wanted free of charge. the location was very central and the hotel offered a washing machine and dryer for free use in the hotel. the room was also very clean. We will come again!

however, two things have been a bit negative but didn't spoil the overall rating of the hotel. the AC is rather loud but can be deactivated and the hotel had only one working lift during our stay.

この付近に用事がある時はいつも利用しています。いつも通り清潔でスタッフの方も皆さん感じが良いです。 地下鉄13号線の上地駅よりも清河駅の方が少し近い。 今回はホテルの改装中とのことでしたが、うるさくは無かった。
