"Repito por segundo año"

El hotel es sensacional, la comida y el personal son agradables, muy agradables. Este año ha habido un cambio en el personal de recepción: correcto, pero había que buscarles la cara para conseguir un saludo. Me ha parecido algo estirado. En cuanto a la animación... es un sitio por y para los alemanes. Una lástima porque los españoles también veraneamos allí y es difícil hasta encontrar un "buenas noches" en español. El horario de comidas, igual. Por y para los turistas, principalmente alemanes. Eso es lo que no me hace darle un EXCELENTE.

"Hotel grande, acogedor, bien ubicado"

Hemos estado alojados en regimen de ti y ha sido una experiencia muy agradable. Mes de agosto, hotel lleno pero todo muy organizado. Tranquilidad y descanso. Las comidas todas muy buenas. Para recomendar sin duda. El personal muy atento.

Bra hotel om man har småbarn, mycket trevlig personal, maten var faktiskt överförväntan Bra för att var allinclusive, men det som drar ner betyget är att det är 97% bara tyskar och 95 % av dom är kedjerökare

"Good"

- Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig, z.B Haare im Bad, im Bett, verfärbter Silikon in der Dusche etc. - Service an der Rezeption sehr gut und freundlich - Zimmer großzügig, sowie der Balkon - Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig - Frühstück - wenn man früh kam war es ok, später einfach viel zu laut!!

"Dejligt hotel og ophold, med byggetekniske mangler"

Overordnet set, et dejligt hotel med god service. Byggeteknisk, måtte vi overnatte på andet hotel 1.dag, pga problemer med rør/afløb. Dette blev der kompenseret for med 2 aftenmåltider på hotellets regning. Vi fik derefter vandskade på loft og vægge i entre/stue sidst på opholdet.

Nice hotel with large swimming pools. Good location on a quiet street but within walking distance to the beach, harbour etc. All children's evening progamme in German, nothing in English, this should be mentioned on hotel web page. Very noisy restaurant.

"False advertising "

Expedia site reservation states 2 double sofa beds. Our room had 2 twin beds pushed together. When I asked for the room I reserved, I was told the hotel only had this type room and that expedia site showed something the hotel did not offer. No way to upgrade room or get a double bed. 10 days of misery.
