Clean room, helpfully staff.

We booked the room on booking.com for 2 adults and 2 children stating that the half board is included When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the dinner was included in the price just for the adults and not the children blaming booking.com for it. I looked everywhere to find written about this and I couldn't. These kind of information should be stated no matter where you make the booking.

"The only good thing was breakfast"

The air conditioning worked well and provided needed relief during the heatwave. The breakfast was also very good.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were stains and hairs on the bedsheet, the bathroom had hair and stains on the walls and floor, and it was generally well below the standard you would expect when you spend £350 for 2 nights.

Good location, nice and safe. Friendly staff. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful.

Charging £10 for parking is a bit steep.
