Hotel is well run and comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable. No complaints here!

No made service on Sundays paid for but not available shower door not working informed parts on back order

Do not like paying for services not available roon should be made up everyday is this a hotel or the y m c a ?

Great staff, welcoming and friendly and the room is very clean, I definitely will come back.

Breakfast is always the same everyday. We were put on the second floor and smells cigarette smoke, which the front desk immediate change our room per our request on the 3rd floor.

Do not like the second floor rooms, only like the 3rd floor.

This hotel was not great. I usually love Holiday Inn Express hotels but not so much this one. Exterior is lovely. The lobby is very basic and could use help. Checkin was disappointing - I got in very late - about midnight CA time, but for me that was 3:00am. I was exhausted. I walked in the door, the clerk saw me and immediately started walking away and said she would be right back. She went into a room behind the desk and didn’t resurface for six long minutes. There was literally nobody else in the lobby and nothing going on from what I could see. Maybe she had a bathroom emergency, I don’t know. But I was so so tired and had to get up in just four hours, and that delayed checkin seemingly unnecessarily. One side of the hotel is on the expressway and the other is supposedly on a cemetery according to the Google map. But there is a huge wall between the cemetery and hotel so I never saw the cemetery. My room was along the expressway so the sound of cars was very loud and non-stop. My room was okay but not great. White tile floor in my bathroom and foyer seemed dirty so I asked the next morning to have it cleaned better and it turns out it’s just a lot of stains so it constantly looks dirty. Really not sure why they would put in white tile. Couch had a cigarette hole in it and was not comfortable. Sheet had a stain as did one of my towels and the shower curtain. Shower water pressure was terrible. On my second day when I returned after a long day out, I washed my hands and noticed the water wasn’t draining - the cleaning person must have closed the drain and I could not for the life of me get it unplugged. Called the desk at 8pm but there was nobody who could help so had to wash my hands and face, and brush my teeth, using the bathtub, that night and the next morning. Breakfast was fine but juice machine was down one morning. Lots of folks would leave their garbage in the hallway outside their door to be picked up in the morning which was gross but I guess standard. Strong smell of pot in hall each day - thankfully it did not penetrate into my room. AC did not do a good job cooling the room. I would not stay here again. Way overpriced for the poor quality.
