We will always look for a IHG property on our travels. They are typically comfortable, well appointed and consistent. This one didn't really fit the bill.

When we turned down the bed, there was a huge hairball in the sheets! Thought it was a bug at first! They did give us new sheets, but...REALLY!?!?!?! When we reported the issue to the front desk staff at check out - they offered a free bottle of water and a snack...did they think this was adequate compensation or...!? Will not go back to this location!
