"Our stay at this hotel was excellent, we plan to stay here on our future visits to wichta."

The proximity of the hotel to the airport, mall, shopping and the school we went to visit. The daily breakfast options were excellent as well. Laundry facilities were adequate.

Other hotel guest mainly high school sports teams that kept knocking on room doors during the night.

Paid for three guests. Was told my sister could not be in the hot tub because only guests were to use it( she was the third guest). Then told she had to pay for her own room. Asked to change rooms due to children running and screaming in the room above is, loud water leak/drip in the ceiling and was told they had no rooms available. No sleep. But the clerk in the morning confirmed they did in fact have other rooms.

"Hotel and staff were great, hope they get the pool figured out"

Breakfast was good and the attendants were outstanding, super helpful and very friendly. The room was large, beds were very comfortable. Hot tub and pool concept was a selling point

The pool/hot tub room was overwhelming with chlorine, pool had a green hint of color to it and the chlorine burnt our eyes horribly. Sad that the room was unbearable to be in.

We had trouble with our key card not working properly. Card reader at back area did not work. The floor in the pool area was very slippery when wet. Could use some texture
