When I came to check in, I was sent to a dirty room. Had to come back downstairs. When I came back downstairs, the lady wasn’t so friendly, but you have to remember it was your mistake. As in housekeeping. End up, dropping bags off going out for dinner. It was around 1 AM. My son was about to lay down, pulled out to pull out couch because it had a separate TV in there and he was playing his game and it had poop all over the bed. After the attitude and the checking in confusion, I just waited until 8 AM to say something. So I get ready to lay in one of the clean bed, pull it back and it was popcorn kernel at the bottom of the bed mind you we never slept in the bed so basically the bed it was dirty. They were real strict with towels, even though I cleaned my own room, stack my towels, and trash outside. Basically didn’t get any sleep July 3 through the sixth. Saturday it was raining I was gonna eat at the hotel and get some drinks at the bar. They decide to close it early because wasn’t nobody coming, but it wasn’t even 4 o’clock when they had left and wasn’t supposed to close till 10.

Location. Jennifer, 3rd shift employee, was very helpful when my daughter was bitten outside from stepping in an ant pile.

Rooms not properly cleaned, restaurant and bar closed 2-3 hours early because “it had been a slow night”, bathtub and toilet water was brown some days then clear other days, staff rude when asked for additional linen. I was also charged two different prices. Paid for the room online and then a higher charge from the hotel charging my card to pay for the room.

It was good except when the air conditioner cycled off, it made a clicking sound. So I couldn’t sleep at night. I had to get up and turn it completely off.

Elevator service was intermittent. No internet at all. Desk clerk said call internet guru or front desk manager. Roach in room. Notified desk clerk. She seemed not concerned.

This hotel is under construction. All the amenities are not available to guests (no gym, no pool, no outside patio). There’s one working elevator! Because I have an iPhone, I was unable to access the Internet. Yes, you read that right. Apple products were not able to access their Internet system. The staff tried to be helpful, but ultimately it’s on the management to correct this IT issue. It’s the first time I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where there may have been a problem and I was given a helpdesk phone number to call so I could get it fixed. I had an important family matter to take care of, but I’d hoped to do some work in between dealing with that and could not because I could never get on the Internet. I was offered to walk down to the neighboring hotel and use their Internet, but at 9:30 at night after a long day, that was really not helpful. They appear to know they’ve had this problem for a while and management needs to fix it. I will not be back.
