Very friendly staff.

The staff was good other than the fact the cleaning crew was behind on getting rooms cleaned and ready. 3pm check in and had to switch rooms because they didn't have the we reserved cleaned

Out dated, no snacks in the snack bar, pool needs scrubbed and beds are very uncomfortable. I even heard another customer say the same thing out check out

Initially, the property looked fairly new and clean. We were disappointed that the breakfast was a $12 charge. The elevators were slow. The room was relatively clean except the blanket had food crumbs from the last occupant, the white grout was stained dark grey or black. There were dark stains in the bottom of the tub. The shower curtain was hung wrong so that it wouldn't slide closed. While we finally got the AC to stop, we couldn't get the heater to come on.

Great easy smooth checkin.

This hotel is disgusting. Everything is dirty and old. Floors are filthy and sticky in the bathroom. Window coverings had a rip and some sort of sauce or something smeared on it. Sheets were stained. The TV was broken.

Everything was amazing!!

We gave this place a shot while on our way to Gatlinburg. The desk staff was very nice and really talked up their breakfast buffet. More on that a bit later. Our room was very clean but with the tiny bath and shower combo the room showed its age. Though it was nicely appointed. Next the breakfast buffet, the desk clerk while we were checking in gave it rave reviews how anything is cooked fresh and tasty. Well we hit it up the next morning it consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and breakfast sausage ( I think you could cut it with a chainsaw) Orange juice in large bottles was out along with a soft drink dispenser and also coffee. Now if this all sounds like the breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express (they didn't have the cinnamon rolls here) or say a Hampton Inn your right. The difference was that here they charged you $10 a person where at other places its included with your stay. When we left I told my girlfriend now I can understand why there were only another couple eating breakfast there. Would I stay here again..........good chance but I will pass on their breakfast!

Poperty was clean and nice. TV remote did not work and shower was luke warm...other than that perfect.

TV remote did not work and hot water was lukewarm warm at best.
