First I checked in and the guy ant the front desk gave me a key card to a room that was already being used. And the restaurant was not open. I specifically sought out a hotel with a restaurant due to my long ride across country and fail. Restaurant was not open.

Stayed 2 nights on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out. We are an older couple with knee and hip issues. Not a pleasant experience!!! We asked to move to first floor. No room available.

The elevetor was broken and the give me a room in the 4th floor, the friege did not work, and for the price the brekfast was not inculded it was 13.50 extra for person
