Comfort Inn & Suites Goodland

Booked a pet friendly room through booking.com, when we arrived they said no pet friendly rooms were available and to contact booking.com. I contacted them via their app, when I didn't get a response, they hung up on me twice. Today, 10 days after the issue, they said they contacted the hotel and Comfort Inns said I was a "No Show". I called the hotel and the clerk told me I was a No Show. All they had to do was 1. Confirm that no Pet Friendly Rooms were available 2. And that I did not stay in one. Simple as that - instead I'm on this goose chase to be treated fairly - but neither Comfort Inns or Booking com seem able to grant me this courtesy. I want a refund, but as long as you lie about my accommodations, it probably won't happen. Don't trust these people.

The hotel is very nice! Love the tall ceilings, large fireplace and comfortable furniture in the lobby. Easy to get to. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again

I stayed here one night on my way east on I-70. Friendly check-in and a clean, comfortable room. I drove into Goodland for a look around and dinner, which is just a short drive away. I wouldn't hesitate to book a room next time I am on the road east or west.

I had a stopover on a road trip and stayed at The Comfort Inn & Suites - Goodland. The hotel was in excellent shape and felt quite new and fresh. I appreciated the excellent staff, just-right amenities, and quiet setting. The room is modern with more outlets and lighting, a bathroom night light, and tons of TV channels. Hot breakfast is served in the airy lobby dining area. A sundries shop off the lobby offers snacks and other basic items. Easy access just off the Interstate with close-by fast food, fuel, shopping, and restaurants in town. This hotel is an excellent choice for eastern Colorado, western Kansas, I-70 travel.
