Our thermostat was not working. It was blazing hot. A staff member brought us a construction fan that the room next to us could hear all night, and told me the maintenance guy was not available. I was told to contact the manager but never could get ahold of him/her. Was hoping for a refund.

Thought this Holiday Inn was a great value for the price. We got upgraded to a larger room which was really appreciated. Breakfast was good although the pancake maker was broken and the choices were exactly the same for the two mornings we were there. However, everybody there was very friendly and we would stay again.
