"Highly recommended hotel"

I recently visited the area for a family birthday. The beds in this hotel are amazingly comfortable and the rooms are very specious and clean. In general it was an amazing stay with friendly and accommodating staff. Very good breakfast with lots of choices.

"Excellent Experience"

My bf and I had a really nice time. Staff was friendly and helpful and checking in was simply a breeze. The room and bedding were tidy and clean (which is a must for me!). Would book again and definitely reccomend other travelers to drop in for a stay.

I have to say out of all of the Holiday Inns I've been at, this one exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, the staff super friendly. The breakfast was always fresh and hot. My husband and I had a relaxing stay and definitely made use of the beautiful pool. We can't wait to come stay again!

"SCREWED ME OVER"

I booked my reservation through Travelocity in February for a stay on May2nd. I went to the front desk to check in and was told they were putting my friend and I in a king room... I booked two queens and showed the front desk my conformation email showing the same thing. The front desk attendant asked me to step aside so he could help the people behind me while he called the manager. I waited 32 minutes while he checked in 20-30 linemen. After waiting that long i got back in line to be told take the king or leave. It's obvious they gave my room to the electrical works and pushed me off. Barely an apology and no other compensation so we had to drive 20 min to find a new hotel. DON'T TRUST THEM, THEY WILL SCREW YOU TO MAKE AN EXTRA BUCK!
