The Inn is lovely, quiet, clean. The breakfast is very good. Friendly helpful staff.

HVAC would not stay as set. Fan and temperature settings kept resetting after a couple hours. Would wake up sweating and have to get up and adjust the thermostat. The door was sprung and would not seal. The large gaps allowed me to hear everything from the hallway. Had to try to sleep with noice canceling headphones, a white noise machine, and a pillow over my head.

The only real positive, was that everything seemed to be fairly clean.

The lady behind the desk attempted to steal $505.00 dollars from us after she originally hung up on us when we asked what rooms were available.20 minutes later we used the booking app and discovered there were rooms available and reserved the rooms. The information was readily available. We originally had reservations at a different hotel, but the hotel didn't book our rooms correctly. When we checked in at our original hotel the # of beds was incorrect and the rooms were absolutely disgusting, with bodily fluids on 3 beds and blankets as well as all down the front of the stand between the beds. When we arrived at the Holiday Inn, the clerk at the desk said "I told you on the phone we didn't have 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room!" Then she spent the next 15 minutes muttering under her breath. She said "I have to charge you a $500 incidentals fee" I felt this was outrageous, but after what we had just been through, we decided fine, we'll just pay it and get it back after we check out. I requested a receipt but was never given one. She then told us the room was 1- with 2 twin beds and 1 with a single queen and a pull out couch. If I hadn't spent 2 hours looking for room, we would have demanded our money back and left at that point, due to the fact that was nothing like what we booked... it was like she just didn't want to deal with a late check-in or had something against us because when we got up to the rooms, they both had 2 queen beds... it literally made no sense why she acted the way she did. The breakfast was completely out by 8:30 am on Saturday morning (breakfast was until 10 am) and Sunday everything in the breakfast area was completely empty by 8am. All night long until at least 1130pm - 12 am, there were children and teenagers running up and down the halls screaming. When we checked out on Sunday, the clerk at the desk was very kind and helpful, and apologized over and over for the issues we had.
