Easy check in, room was clean, everything worked as expected. Breakfast area was very clean, food was hot, several options to eat. Biscuit and gravy with eggs was delicious as well as the cinnamon rolls

Sausage on the breakfast bar was terrible.

"Stay was disappointing."

Breakfast was good. The location was convenient to meeting up with family in the area.

The HVAC in our room didn't work. Room was COLD!!(60 degrees). 3 attempts from the staff to fix were to no avail. We asked for another room but none were available. They did provide extra blankets. Hotel was going to comp us for the room but since I reserved through Booking.com, told us to contact them. Have left a message with Booking.com customer service and expect to hear from them concerning what can be done to take care of this issue

"Slightly painful but mostly enjoyable."

Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

The bathtub had extremely limited grip and I slipped and fell really hard injuring my back. During the fall I pulled the shower curtain down and somehow broke the toilet seat. The staff moved me too a new room and that tub was slippery as well. I asked for a bathmat and was denied. I purchased one from Walmart so I would be safe.

"Could have been better!"

Lobby was clean

My room was not tidy, did not have any towels, wash clothes, and toilet paper. My children and I went down for breakfast and it was all gone. We went down at 8am and stayed down there until almost 9 and she then comes out and said there are more people in here than she thought so her kitchen was closed.
