Holiday Inn Hotels Batesville by IHG

Very very clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Lobby was accommodating, comfortable and beautiful. Staff very friendly. The restaurant was some of the best food we enjoyed during our 7 week vacation. We looked up another Holiday Inn over in Gulfport for the next nights stay. Just a pleasant experience both nights. Thank you, staff at Holiday Inn.

Parking lot was so so.

Dirty carpets. Lots of visable damage to doors and floors throughout. Bathroom light was very dim and required the fan being on jjust to see. One elevator was broken when i checked in and the other broke the next day. This hotel has severe maintenance issues.

Breakfast was good

Bathroom had mold around tub walls. There was nasty duck tape at every room doorway. The ice maker on 4th floor not working Carpets were not clean A/c didn’t cool Your idea of handicap room was a tub that I couldn’t step into with a portable chair that didn’t allow you to close shower curtain

The toilet leaked the entire time wet floors .the fire alarm going off no one cleared had to asked was it clear just un organized to be a popular hotel

It's been a while since we've stayed at a Holiday Inn as they're usually more than we want to spend. We usually travel in our RV moving from park to park so we're just looking for a convenient place to sleep. Most of the hotels in this area were pricey and this was our best option and it was a good choice. The place is in a good location with plenty of dining options, it was clean - actually newly renovated, smelled clean and fresh, and had plenty of parking for our rig. Staff was very pleasant!

We usually check in early if we've been on the road for a while to get a chance to unwind before dinner. It's nice to have a place to sit in the room without having to be on the bed. The room was spacious and could easily accommodate two upholstered chairs, there was one - which relegated one of us to the desk chair which is designed for working, not relaxing.
