The staff was so friendly! Literally every person from the front desk to housekeeping was a so friendly and accommodating. Also, everything was clean from the room to the lobby.

It’s a little dated. The window in my room had a large scary looking crack in it. Just could use a little maintenance but nothing crazy. No coffee in the lobby is just crazy.

Window blind did not close completely. AC controls were not working properly. One elevator was out of order at arrival and the other elevator was very sluggish and stopped working completely when we were on it.

Price gouging during ole Miss events. College parents have enough expenses. Being taken advantage of when attending important events for Students should not be taken advantage of by businesses our kids and we put a lot of money in the community already

Room was horrible, first noticed the dampness and mildew smell in the room, had several roaches, I will never stay here again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this hotel.
