Super loud people up all night long making noise running the halls slamming doors.

Rooms were clean, however, the TV didn't work and had to be re-programed by staff. But when we used it again, it still needed re-programming.

It was very good. Ample parking, near everything

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. WiFi doesn’t work, phone doesn’t work, room is very small, broken hook and run down bathroom, pool is tiny and water is murky, jacuzzi doesn’t jet but only with stale hot water. There is only one person working at the front desk so you have to wait in line for anything and everything. You can’t get into the pool area without a staff swiping you in, and there are no towels in there unless you go tell the front desk in your wet bikinis. The worst of all, it’s so loud and noisy at night that it’s impossible to sleep. The hotel is located off a busy high way but is also right next to a gas station, loud motorcycles and muffling sound all night long, even if you fall asleep you can still be awake by the awful sound. I like to sleep with fresh air (windows opened) but this forces me to close the windows which does not block the noises at all. So I ended up sleeping in a muffled room (with no fresh air circulation) and loud noises from outside.

The rooms where clean, the staff at the desk were kind the pool was very cold.

The man on Saturday night 8/16 was very rude overall, did not address any of the problems we had and gave us the wrong room we booked. We booked a king size bed with sofa bed and no sofa bed was there. He said that it was first come first serve and other rude comments

Rooms were noisy and we could hear every conversation. Loud traffic and lawn mowing early in the morning was a disappointment. Facilities were nice.

It was an overnight stop in the middle of a long drive to our destination. It fit the bill for what we wanted - a comfortable quiet room for two tired travelers.

Very welcoming experience. Chris was very friendly and made checking in super easy. He was also very knowledgeable of the area and I appreciated his willingness to inform and assist. The room was great. It was clean and spacious. I stayed on the top floor and it was very quiet. One minor gripe was that the bathroom sink was a but backed up. Otherwise, an overall great experience. I would stay at this hotel again.
