The hospitality from the breakfast staff is impeccable. They are the most friendly people that I have met in a long time. The breakfast was delicious, too.

I was put next to the hotel laundry room so that woke me up early each day. Next. The drain in the bathroom did not work so when taking a shower I had to stand in the dirty water and hold the drain to let the water out. There were many very visible stains in the carpet and the grout in the bath room was full of dirt. The air filter looked like it had not been changed since the building opened over 7 years ago. One of the beds had a huge dip in the mattress. The breakfast was not good because you could tell it was microwaved and sat to dry out. Very disappointed considering the cost and it being in the south. I expected better food. The back entrance that should have needed a key card was always unlocked. Some of the front staff were very friendly but others were not. In fact when I asked about extending my stay so that I could visit more with my mother, the attendant seemed annoyed and told me they may be completely full when I could see in the site they had plenty of rooms especially since it was on a weekday. I actually had to make another reservation online check out of the room and then come back later to check in all over again. The lady in the breakfast area was very nice and sweet and always asked how was my night. Would not mind staying again but they need to scramble some real eggs, cook some real sausages and provide real hot oatmeal or grits.

I stayed 1 night in Greenwood and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and parking was great. The staff was very friendly and I really enjoyed breakfast!

My overall stay was nice, but the restroom was terrible. There were mop marks where the entire floor was not mopped….so it was dirt tracks from one end of the floor to the other. There was dry blood along the floor of the tub and black mold in the corner of the shower. Made me think the entire room was half cleaned……floor clearly had not been wet to mop it….instead it made dirty streaks….

The rooms are good the air was a little hot. The lady at breakfast was really friendly she wanted to make sure we taken care of. Check in was great. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was excellent. The only thing that was my stay there was two nights, no one informed me that in order for me to recieve fresh towels that i had to place the used towels outside my room door. Other than that when i requested fresh towels they were brought toy room with no problem.
