Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Greenwood by IHG

Had to change rooms because at first everything was broken in the first room. Next day the breakfast was trash. The next two days it was great. Don’t try to call, they never answer the phone.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower curtain needed to be longer the floor got soaked. The pool is non existent, if your looking for a hotel with a pool this isn’t it.

I checked in and the AC didn't work, they moved me to another room and the remote to the TV was messed up and I was told that's just the way are. I checked out and went to the Hampton Inn next door and had no problems.

Nice, clean professional business

The hotel was clean. It had a slight odor. Everything else was wonderful, especially the complementary breakfast and the people that worked there.

Accommodations were good nice and clean.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Did not stay. Came for business with fellow co workers and noticed bullet holes and bars on the windows. Felt unsafe and found another hotel.

I made a reservation in February, 2 months prior to the date. Show up to the hotel at 9:10pm, was 5 hours from home in the middle of nowhere, and was told I didn't have a room because there was a group that needed 30 rooms. So they "bumped" me. We had 2 rooms and was told there was nothing that could be done. 15 people in the group had not yet checked in, but they told me to go to another hotel. My card was charged gor both rooms the day of check-in. A hold is still placed in my account 5 days later and I didn't even stay there. Holiday Inn guest servcies was no help. I had to go to another hotel and pay more than originally planned, not the same room accommodations and my children were in at the opposite end of the new hotel.

Did not stay. Arrived for business and there were bars and bullet holes on the windows!
