"Was an ok stay. Fix the pool temp area and would consider staying again"

The property was nice, and in a good location, close to amenities and shopping areas. The room was clean and comfortable

Didn’t like that the pool area had freezing cold air blasting out of the vents. Family couldn’t enjoy the pool because the air was cold. The water seemed to be an ok temperature. We mostly sat in the hot tub to get away from the cold air feeling. Went to front desk and asked about it and the worker said he couldn’t adjust the temperature in there. Usually pool areas feel hot and humid. This was cold and crappy

"Very Good"

Nabours on our floor left there nine year old and one younger kid alone in the room that thought the hotel was their own playground.

Phoned the lobby and within 20 minits never herd a sound from them. So they obviously take care of their customers complai to.
