Holiday Inn Express Carlsbad by IHG

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only bad thing was the bath tub. While showering, the floor always sounded like it was going to fall in. It was so loud, my husband could hear it in the main room.

I did not receive any greetings as a member of IGH, even when I put my Membership Mastercard down for security deposit and incidentals

Clean, organized, and friendly.

Hotel was great and consistent with the brand quality.

Pros: nice room, clean Cons: decent breakfast, little loud on first floor, no towels at pool

We were told our room was not ready. The unfriendly gentleman at the desk said he would call when our room was ready. When we arrived back 3 hrs later we asked about our room (never received a call) and the kind ladies at the desk said there were plenty of rooms available. They apologized.

Our stay was great,the staff was awesome. Truly the best, we were way early,n they had no problem with it n offerd for the kiddos to go swimming while our room was being cleaned. The hotel was nice n clean. Beds were comfy. Dove shampoo n conditioner n body wash.we loved that. I liked that they had ice cream to purchase. Breakfast was good, so happy they had bacon. I will say the eggs were gross thinking they are powder eggs.I noticed everyone was throwing them away.such a waste.but hey they were gross.other than the eggs i give this hotel a 9 out of 10
