Average Hotel with a kind staff

- loud fan in the bedroom with no option to disable, they change our room instead of fixing the issue... we got the same problem in the new room... - Lost an Item, called them the day after, we got on touch with the cleaning team (let a vocal message saying that we'll be back 5 weeks later to get it back). When back, no one knew what we were talking about. They did what they could to help but the item got lost for good. Nothing valuable but still.
