Nice location and very clean.

Needs to have smart television in the hotel rooms.

The property was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay in Asheville at the Holiday Inn Express. Had an early check in with no problems. Hotel is either new or recently renovated because everything was so nice. Breakfast was good and everyone was great to talk with and helpful on any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The hotel staff were so accommodating, professional, welcoming and friendly! 😊 We loved the King suite corner room with the separate lounging/couch area that could be closed off from the sleeping area. Having two separate TV viewing areas was so nice and accommodating! We also loved the simple TV station listings laminated that provided easy access to different channels! 😊 The rooms were so clean and the housekeeping staff were so kind and diligent! 😊We especially LOVED the ability to wash and dry clothes with a coined washer and dryer available for guests! (Coins for the machines, laundry detergent & dryer sheets are available at the front desk if needed). This is so helpful when traveling and especially with families traveling with children! 😊Placing a chair in the laundry area would be nice so guests could wait more comfortably for their clothes to complete the wash and/or dry cycle. 😔 The parking area was so well designed with ample close parking for handicap and plenty of additional lighted parking for all guests’ vehicles! 😊 Breakfast was good with some hot prepared selections (eggs, cheese omelets, sausage, pancakes) 😊but, a different variety would be nice (biscuits & gravy, bacon, varied omelets, grits, hash browns, fresh fruit, etc. ) We were there for breakfast 3 mornings and the selection was the same each day. 😔 The carts for transporting luggage were also designed for only a small amount of luggage. The carts would be a perfect size for a business traveller for one night, but they are not large enough to accommodate luggage for a family or for an extended stay. Additional trips to the car were required for us due to the limited space on the carts. 😔 This is such a nice hotel and we would definitely stay there again when in the area!

The room was clean and free parking.

The air conditioner was very loud which caused us not to sleep well. The free breakfast was just ok. The food was lukewarm when it was supposed to be hot. The coffee dispenser broke 2 days in a row.
