I loved how Andy the Manager stepped in to assist me promptly with my reservation!

I didn't like how booking.Com never sent my payment for my rooms over, HAD me looking crazy as if I never paid for my rooms 😔 I never was notified about any GLITCHES In the system, it was totally unacceptable and me and my family were so frustrated and embarrassed during this check in!

It was close to where I needed to be

Advertise free Wi-Fi but it's not really free. And you can only get it if you're a member of their Holiday inn Express club... The only reason I stayed with them was for Wi-Fi and they didn't have it
