Very clean

I paid for reservation .Arrived only to find no rooms available!I drove fifty miles in a ice storm only to find out no rooms were available Then had to return back to my home with no power and cold.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff friendly & place is nice

Overall it was an okay emergency place to sleep. The floors were clearly dirty. Bathroom tub surround and walls need attention; new caulk, sanding, and painting. It appeared really dirty especially the corners of the bathroom floor.

Customer service was exceptional and staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part, just some small details, like the TV was full of dust and some corners in the room were not clean. Nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. The main areas, like the lobby and pool area were very clean and well maintained.

We’ve loved staying in this hotel previously and that’s why we came back twice before. This time around was our longest stay (1 week) while we were waiting to move into our new house. The staff were great, breakfast awesome, the beds were comfy, the pool was fun for the kids. Our room just had some issues that made the week rough. Most of the outlets didn’t work which was inconvenient for 4 peoples devices. The bathtub was clogged so the 4 people in our room had to clean the tub every time it was time to shower because of the dirty water that took forever to drain from the last shower. Lastly, the lighting above the bed would just turn off like it had a bad connection or it got too hot.

Wonderful room. Everything worked just fine. Great water pressure. Comfy beds. Great breakfast spread. Will stay here again.
