"Room air-conditioning was not working properly"

Staff, cleanliness, and pool

Heater was not working in the room, we informed the reception, the maintanece found out that they cant fix it. They gave us another room around 9.30pm but it was also cold. We couldn't sleep all night because it was burning hot after midnight. Our room was in the basement and it took an hour to open the window and to get a normal temparature in the room. Next day morning we explained everything and asked for refund. But they said they couldnt help us because we booked through booking. Com.

"Great Choice, Excellent Pool/Waterslide"

The hotel was clean and well cared for. The staff was friendly and helpful. Jojo took great care of everything for the breakfast, which was a great, if typical, Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The pool and waterslide were a huge hit with our kids! Would recommend for anyone looking for a good choice for their family.

The staff was extremely friendly on check in, the room was very clean and the pool with waterslide was fantastic. The morning breakfast during our stay was well worth checking out both days plus it was excellent and top notch .
