Price, could not get a key or check in due to computer issues, bed made noises every time getting in and out of bed, at check-out, I was told my receipt would be emailed to me but was not, i questioned staff and they went back in the computer and stated they couldn't figure out how a reservation could be completed without an email and it had to be done manually

Decent accommodation, easy access to the road, ample parking, comfortable rooms.

Staff were not the most enthusiastic.

I was not happy with my stay at the Candlewood Suites in Bordentown, New Jersey. I travel often and have stayed at many hotels, but I have never experienced something like this: when I asked for fresh towels, I was told I had to bring down my used towels in order to get new ones. I’ve never heard of such a policy, and it left a bad impression. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel lobby, common areas, and especially the room was cleaned excellently.

Cleanliness, felt safe, hospitality at front desk, and the coffee station in lobby.

Spacious room, full fridge and microwave with kitchenette, beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds and pillows. Conveniently located near food, gas and the highway. Pleasant and responsive staff.

Our main floor was dirty. The kids socks were black after walking around on it. But the staff was notified and quickly came and cleaned the whole room for us.
