I’m a long stay traveler! Have stayed at many Holiday Inns. Weston is one of best and most comfortable. All the staff members are wonderful; even Joyce is pleasant. 😃 It’s nice to have the feeling of welcome home when you’re on the road.

"Disappointed"

The property was very clean and spacious.

I booked a two bedroom suite as I am traveling with adult family. when booking I assumed that two bedrooms meant two separate bedrooms/bathrooms with doors and a shared sofa tv space like most properties have when they list rooms as two bedrooms. We arrived and it’s basically 1 king hotel room with a sofa and a small semi private bedroom with a queen bed. The door on the bedroom is glass and has no privacy curtain. There is only 1 bathroom. I called the front desk to clarify and since I booked on Booking.com they are unable to change my room or alter the reservation unless I wanted to pay for additional rooms. This is very disappointing and made for an uncomfortable stay. This room needs to be labeled as a family suite not a two bedroom suite! Please be clear in the descriptions!

Room was clean and nice. Had an excellent breakfast. The sauna was nice too. Cute little splash pad but definitely made for much younger children and our 6 year old was not interested. Pictures made it look bigger. Hot tub was closed and only got a days notice before our visit so we were very disappointed as we chose this hotel as one of the amenities we wanted.

Clean and comfortable bed and room. Great breakfast selection and liked that they provided to go bags for guests who were on the go. Would stay again.
