Notting the staff the next morning was polite

The night staff on check in was really really bad didn’t wanna give me my room after booking asked for my pup at 4 months old to check in was responsible about that Booked a triple room and got a dubble bed wouldn’t give me a carry cot for my baby refused straight away with no explanation Room was very very dirty had to take videos before we moved in and after to prove that we never made any mess

"It was fine. We were only there one night. It was close enough to the airport and the room was good."

Everything was fine. I think the breakfast buffet could have offered more but it was okay.

I would have liked a handicap room, but none were available. But we managed alright.
