"Overall, we were not happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom and lack of towels."

The breakfast contained a variety of food choices. The beds were comfortable. The staff was kind and accommodating.

The bathroom was not cleaned well. When we arrived to the room, there were cleaning supplies left in the bathroom. The shower head in the bathroom had pink mildew all over it and the bathtub was dirty. There were only two big towels in the bathroom and we had two children with us who also had to shower. We ended up sharing towels. We were not happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Staff was relatively friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

The pool was closed. Very closed, cover pulled, no water in it at all. The pool was a major reason we chose this hotel so we could let our kiddo swim since there’s not much else in the area to do. When we first walked into the room it was damp. The floor was damp, the sheets and bed were damp, everything was damp. And while we powered through it since it was just a layover stay on our way to the beach, it sucked. A lot.

"EXCELLENT, COURTEOUS STAFF AND A CLEAN FACILITY"

THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM AND THE WARM HOSPITALITY OF THE CHECK IN PERSONNEL, JAZMINE AND MADISON. THE BREAKFAST FOODS WERE SO TASTY, DELICIOUS, AND WELL PREPARED. OVERALL SUPERB SERVICES. I WILL BOOK THIS HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS AGAIN AT THAT LOCATION. THANK YOU HOLIDAY INN FOR HIRING AN EXCELLENT AND CARING STAFF.
