Hotel Monte Carlo Ocean City

The location was great.

No maid service. Had to hunt down clean towels or toilet paper constantly. Has to take my own garbage out. Our toilet clogged out of no where and rather than fixing it they provided us with a plunger and a bucket and advised us they didn’t have staff to fix it there. Black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Cockroach on bathroom sink.

The location was great the room was great the lady the worked up stairs on the pool bar was very friendly. The parking was very tight the night shift lady at front deck was very friendly.i would come back and referred friends or family

The park was very tight.

Great location, very friendly staff. Very short walk to beach and boardwalk Staff would always say hello and answer questions.

Room was dated. The water from the shower barely flowed. Out of 4 nights only asked to have room cleaned once and they never did it. Area near ice machine was very gross.

Room service is terrible Never enough towels Only 1 elevator that was very slow

the showers outside for after the beach did not work. also considering how we couldn’t smoke on our balcony’s, the smoking area was terrible and outside completely meaning if it rained there was nowhere dry to sit.

Loxation

Small parking lot, room too warm. Had to buy a fan.

Location

Smelled like pot, the shampoo and body wash was empty and not refilled after 2 separate requests I gave up

We liked the location and its proximity to the beach and boardwalk.

Parking was horrible, parking spots were very tight, the room had mold and there was a mildew smell. During stay the bedding was not changed nor was bed made.

I love how the staff we very helpful and understanding

I didn’t like how the hot tub was dirty. The hot tub needed to be clean
