Room was clean and was equipped with a good bathroom. Location, close to Glaslamp and Uber brings you anywhere else you want. View, if lucky, overviews the bay area. Beds were very good.

The spa was closed for the whole duration of our stay. Double charged the resort fee worth USD 388. After back and forth finally got refunded the overcharge. No apologies or nothing in response. Just this dry answer: Upon review we have removed he duplicate charges and refunded it to the card on file. Updated folios have been sent to the email on file reflecting the refund. I expect better.

Loved the whole experience. I have stayed at the hotel multiple times and will continue to come back. Staci has been my waitress for breakfast @ Hudson & Nash multiple times and she does a phenomenal job! Travis at the was also incredible. The Bayfront is one of my most favorite hotels across the country!
