Bed was comfy

Very small for a king room. Needs maintenance, shelf falling off wall, desk wobbles back and forth, mold around tub. To us breakfast was very minimal. We won't recommend or be back.

"Extremely short with no sleep thanks to poor communication between 3rd party and hotel staff."

Everything was fine except waiting 2 hours to “sort out my booking. I wasn’t even out in my room until the hotel received confirmation even though I had my receipt and my confirmation number as well as the PIN code. We were already getting in late, then had to wait 2 hours, till almost 2 am for our room and it wasn’t our fault.

Organization, staff needs extra training, customers should come first, especially when they have proof they should be there

Don’t really eat breakfast, but the coffee was great and enjoyed the muffins

Couldn’t find the milk for cereal. Cereal, waffle and muffins was the choice.
