There was some confusion between Hotels.com and the hotel but it was simple to figure out I have stayed here before and every time it is nice

Enjoyed our stay! The evening staff the 2 nights we were there went above and beyond. Will be back if we stay in Madras again!
Expedia showed the king room and loveseat as a three-person room. The front desk was rude when I asked about the pull-out couch room. They have none. They also don’t have a rollaway bed. I slept on the loveseat with a towel for a blanket for three nights. The hotel said that they have told Expedia many times to change the posting. Many guests have complained.
