Convenient to where we we were going

The front desk person was not helpful. When we rigged he told us there was no room for us, the hotel was overbooked and we should request a refund and go to another hotel. We booked 2 weeks prior and were checking in 2 hours after the initial check in time. They “found” us a room, gave us a key to a room where other people’s luggage was in. Clearly the room wasn’t available. He then questioned me when I told him there was luggage in the room. Finally got a room after 30 minutes. He said there was a convention close and the hotel overbooked. That wasn’t my issue and we booked in plenty of time.

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at across the nation! Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but nice to have on site. Staff was great!

Overall experience was good. Breakfast was pretty good and the pool is heated and open 24hrs.

The staff is 5 star but the hotel is not. Although this property has been renovated, the workmanship is poor and the property has not been maintained. The elevator pitched and stopped hard on the ground floor. Freeway noise was hard to sleep through.

Stay was only one night.nice place but someone that worked at the hotel came in our room in the middle of night while we were sleeping.said it was the wrong room.so i learened to allways lock the extra lock on the door at any hotel.

Floors very thin . Ask for a upper room as people above can be very noisy
