We enjoyed our stay for a little ski trip! The cookies were a nice plus after a day on the slopes. We will likely stay here again when we come back!

Overall, this place was pretty good. The room was big, nice view, nice balcony, nice bed, nice TV, nice couch, nice fridge... BUT -- the shower didn't work well (they came to fix it but it still lost pressure when turning it to hot water), there was a fait, but incessant digital beeping (!! it never stopped!) coming from the headboard, the jetted bathtub worked well but was just gross (a brown ring appeared after each bath, even though we were clean when we got it; we kept trying to wipe off the brown oily stuff, but it reappeared every time; see the pic of the tub and the cloth we used to wipe off the gunk). In general, this hotel could be great! But there needs to be more attention paid to cleanliness and maintenance. And fix that beeping!!
They offed free limo rides at night
We had a presidential suite and during our stay the room was not completely cleaned. There was food left in the fridge from the previous guests. The room was the second nicest in the building but the shower in larger bathroom did not have working light. Toilet was also dirty.

We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn Express as we took our kids to the nearby ski hills. We had a suite which was lots of room for the 4 of us, with the added convenience of a full fridge and microwave. The boys loved the pool, and the breakfast had lots of options with great staff who worked hard to make sure all items were constantly restocked. We will be back.
The staff is really great at this location but the room was not 3 star hotel worthy. Found food pieces, pieces of hair in the restroom, the bed was really squeaky, you could hear every step up stairs and in the hallway even though it was carpeted, ceiling had really bad repairs done. Some of the lights in the room had a constant flicker. I would just expect more being a 3 star and the price I paid for the room, but again the service is great!
