Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cleburne by IHG

All the staff was very friendly and they had one of the best hot breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy.

Room felt muggy/humid. I thought the sheets were wet but turns out the humidity in the room was at an all time high. Sleeping at night was hot/cold hot/cold. However, beds were comfy, showers were great!

What I didn’t like was the bed sheets were still wet when we checked in and the room was very muggy. But what I liked was the staff was friendly when we checked in.

Was disappointed because of the pool and hot tub closer, didn’t find this out until the day of, was the whole reason we booked here. Also price was very high for what the lobby and areas looked like, especially for a smaller town. Disappointed to say the least.

Our stay was sub-par at best. We picked this hotel for the indoor pool as we figured the kids would enjoy after being outside for a soccer tournament all day, but the pool was closed for a "broken light". The room next door was very loud till after 3am. The room was very overpriced for the stay.

Breakfast was good. It have a little of everything, scrambled eggs, sausage, seasoning potatoes, oatmeal, muffins, fruits and different kind of drinks. My daughter loves the pancakes machine and I really appreciate the strong coffee 🥰 well made. The iron from my room wasn't work properly and they replaced immediately. Thank you! Staff was nice. Room was clean.

Unfortunately we aren't able to use the pool because was out of service. There was a musty smell in the rooms hallway I don't know if it was from the walls or the carpet but it was the only thing that didn't make me feel welcome.

It was a great hotel. Staff was friendly! They had a great breakfast ! Always had hot food ready. They did not skimp like some places, always full and very clean and inviting! Is stay again!

the way they establish there system for the cleaning of the rooms, if you have your busy sign on your door at 6am and you leave the room at say about 9am they don't clean or change the towel even when you take the sign off. The morning breakfast was cold and no microwave to warn it up.

Not a very nice Holiday Inn Express. The hallway smelled of Marijuana. Our room smelled of damp mildew. The toilet had issues flushing. The AC was extremely noisy. The employees were fine. Beginning to think I should trade my IHG membership for a Marriott one.

Good location! Convenient to all of my business needs….
