We had a $500.00 damage deposit on my debit card that has not been returned to us. The staff say it has been released, but we have yet to see OUR $500 in our account. Is this some sort of SCAM? Our deposit was from December 22, 2025. Where is our money?

The airport shuttle service was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. And as someone with a gluten allergy, I really appreciated how the staff identified which foods were gluten friendly with signs at the breakfast bar.

Nothing bad to say. Very pleasant experience.
