Unfortunately one staff member was rude and ruin stay

The rooms are clean but the carpet in the hallways are filthy as are the walls. The elevator was dirty with dirty hand prints all over the door and walls and dirty floor. On new yeas eve my key card didn't work and I wasn't able to get back in my room so they put in another room for the night without my stuff! It took until noon the next day for the guy to get the door open and I was finally able to take my medication. The breakfast was lame. But the desk clerks were very nice and tried their very hardest to get my room open and I thank them for being so kind. It is not their fault this well know hotel chain has allowed its name and reputation to have fallen into such a state. They need to close off one floor at a time and steam clean the walls and carpets really well and make sure the elevators are regularly washed down inside and out. Cleanliness through out should be a main priority. It doesn't need to be fancy but atleast clean. That responsibly lies with corporate. Again I praise the desk clerks for doing everything at their disposal to help me.

Staff was excellent and pricing was a good value

Breakfast and Jackie were great! Good food, fun bar! They had good eggs and bacon w potatoes. TVs were good and we watched football

Breakfast was good lots of options on buffet wish the bar was open and maybe dinner option. The staff was amazing had fresh food coming out so the food was hot. The staff was also checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. I would say the service was 10 out of 10.

Very good staff, helped us with whatever we needed. Very positive, food was good but the aesthetic was a little dated can be improved a bit. Other than that I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
